We ship orders within the U.S. from our facility in North Carolina. Estimated shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.
Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery unless stated otherwise.

Terms of return policy: Items will be accepted in original condition within 30 days of delivery unless stated otherwise. We pride our selves in our product, but If your purchase is not as expected, please contact returns@sapphictimes.com .
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
